Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G networks and WiFi-as-a-service, is in search of an Accounting & Tax manager . In this roll you will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of accounting and tax management within our organization.
Your role will be critical in maintaining financial stability, compliance, and strategic fiscal planning, ensuring our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and assistance to clients in reducing social and tax costs.
  • Offering tax advice related to the situations of employees and directors.
  • Developing expertise in areas such as corporate taxation, mergers, splits, optimization of income and wealth for company executives, structuring acquisitions, cross-border advice, and other relevant tax matters.
  • Drafting detailed advice and action plans for editing and reviewing tax issues.
  • Preparing tax returns and providing support during tax audits.

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial field is required. If you do not possess the degree but have several years of experience in a controlling/audit role and can combine it with the necessary enthusiasm and conviction, we will take that into consideration.
  • You have strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions, and you are solution-oriented.
  • You are an honest individual, a true team player, and you can work independently.
  • You are proficient with common accounting software packages, and Excel holds no secrets for you.
  • You have a (very) good command of both French and English
