Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team, influencing the company's broader strategy and culture

• Establish and grow our field sales teams, leveraging best practices and innovative strategies

• Cultivate and nurture indirect channels to diversify our sales avenues

• Define and execute a robust sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals

• Design and implement KPIs to monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance

• Identify and establish vital collaborations to enhance sales outreach and penetration

• Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring swift and effective integration into our sales operations

• Strategically communicate the unique benefits and advantages of our offerings to enhance sales and customer acquisition

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Proven experience in building and leading field sales teams

• Ability to craft and execute sales strategies, aligning with company objectives

• Experience in establishing KPIs, training modules, and sales onboarding processes

• Openness to integrating best practices from diverse sectors

• Strong collaboration and team leadership skills

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, French is a plus
