Job requirements

  • Actively participate as an integral member of the leadership team
  • Construct, guide, and optimize the customer care organization
  • Draw from various sectors to infuse innovative best practices into our service model
  • Prioritize customers at the forefront of all decisions and strategies
  • Ensure every customer interaction, across all touchpoints, authentically embodies the DIGI brand
  • Uphold and elevate service levels, ensuring consistent excellence
  • Systematically gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback, transforming insights into tangible improvements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

  • Demonstrated expertise in a similar job role, with a track record of success
  • Proactive in integrating innovative best practices from various industries to continuously elevate customer service
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Proficiency in French will be a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management tools and analyzing data to derive actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for both internal team coordination and external stakeholder engagements
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on data, team feedback, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated capability in addressing challenges head-on and finding effective solutions in real-time
