To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Student Sales Crew Coordinator for our Field Sales department. Are you the one we’re looking for? Keep reading!

As an Student Sales Crew coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing our ambassador program. You will search for locations, hire and plan ambassadors, manage their rewards and create the ambassador community. This role is in the field sales department: that means that the ambassadors are responsible for selling DIGI products to their peers.

Of course you can only coordinate the program once it has fully started so we need you to help us with the design and rollout of the program.

So: you are the brains and the hands for our ambassador strategy. You think, develop a plan, test the plan, and succeed!

 Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a strategy and action plan
• Brief internal departments if you need their support to succeed
• Hire, onboard and train our ambassadors
• Arrange locations and make the planning to make sure our ambassadors can succeed
• Do a constant PDCA on the strategy and action plan

Job Requirement:

• Completion of higher education or equivalent studies (preferably in business management) is a plus. 
• You have to be a ‘doer’ but also be able to see the bigger picture.
• You have a first professional experience in a similar (commercial or community building and managing) role of at least 2 years.
• You just graduated from high school but are exceptionally mature? Convince us!
• You have a young mindset that enables you to interact with Gen Z.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments.
• Proficiency in using office software and good computer skills.
• A valid driving licence B.
• Proficiency in French (FR) and Dutch (NL) is mandatory.
• English (EN) language skills due to the international profile of our company.
