H&S Expert / Prevention Advisor

InSky, a joint-venture between Citymesh and Digi to facilitate the deployment of 5G infrastructure on a large scale, is seeking an H&S Expert to join our Operations department. As an H&S Expert you will be responsible for developing new policies and enrsuring that our organization complies with all legal requirements concerning Health & Safety in cooperation with the H&S Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
• Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining safety records and documentation
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs
• Collaborating with management and employees to create a culture of safety
• Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Managing safety-related projects and initiatives
• Coordinating with external agencies and authorities on safety issues

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Diploma in Prevention Advisor level 1 or level 2 with first experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluent multilingual in Dutch, French and English: speaking, writing and reading‍. Knowledge of Romanian is a plus
• Work independently and in team, you'll work closely with the H&S Manager
• Nice to have: VCA-Vol, GOF3-4, Veiligheidscoördinator niv. A/B, knowledge of the Belgian Telecom market
