    Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G networks and WiFi-as-a-service, is seeking an IT Prototype Builder to join our Solutions department.


    As an IT Prototype Builder, you will be responsible for creating prototypes of new IT-products.

    These prototypes may be used to test the viability or functionality of a solution before it gets released onto the market, or they may be created as visual representations of an idea that will never become a physical product.

    Our IT Solution Prototype Builders commonly use best-of-breed hardware from different vendors while also using programming-languages for integration of these systems through API's and platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Researching, designing, building, and testing new solutions.
    • Developing and implementing new IT-concepts by creating models or mockups of new solutions.
    • Determining the materials needed for each prototype, such as platforms, devices, storage, firewalls, ... or other systems.
    • Communicating with pre-sales, sales, engineers, and other team members to coordinate projects.
    • Conducting tests to ensure IT-prototypes meet design specifications.

    Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

    • You speak fluent Dutch (English and French are a plus)
    • Experience in IT project management
    • Knowledge of networks, IP technology, ... Experience in the IoT sector is a plus, but above all the drive and commitment must be present
    • Converting the wishes of the customer into the right solutions.
    • Knowledge of the market: 4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SigFox, cloud, internet and VPN
