Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft learning strategies: Design and implement learning initiatives that develop our talent and align with Digi Belgium’s vision.
  • Lead from the front: Coordinate learning programs for all levels, from new hires to senior leadership, ensuring they’re equipped for success.
  • Analyze and adapt: Regularly assess our training needs, gathering feedback to improve learning solutions and deliver top-notch development experiences.
  • Collaborate and elevate: Work closely with HR Business Partners, department heads and external partners to deliver relevant, future-proof training programs.
  • Nurture talent: Develop tailored learning pathways that foster growth, upskilling, and career progression for our employees.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest in learning technologies, methods, and trends to ensure Digi Belgium stays on the cutting edge of employee development.

Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies, including digital tools, e-learning platforms, and blended learning approaches.
  • Data-driven mindset: you know how to measure the impact of learning initiatives and continuously improve them.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners across all levels.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French is essential.
  • Ready for a full-time role, with a presence in our offices at least three times a week.
