We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to take our marketing initiatives to the next level. If you thrive in managing complex projects, driving creative campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Project Manager at DIGI Belgium

  • Lead and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception through completion, ensuring they align with company goals and brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and on track.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, vendors, freelancers) to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
  • Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, ads, digital assets, and other communication materials in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring all logistical elements are well-coordinated and brand experiences are impactful.
  • Perform market analysis and competitive research to inform strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.

Job requirements


Must-Have Qualities & Talents

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a project management certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex marketing projects within set deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, always staying ahead of potential issues and providing solutions.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
