Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product development process, from concept to launch

• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap (mobile and fixed internet, TV) with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs

• Market research and analysis to inform product enhancements and innovations

• Define and execute DIGI's product strategy, factoring in market dynamics, competitive insights, and cutting-edge technologies

• Spot new product opportunities and growth areas, stimulating the inception of fresh revenue channels and distinctive market positioning

• Foster collaboration among engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and budgeted delivery of top-tier products

• Establish and nurture alliances with key players like technology providers, vendors, and industry partners

• Negotiate and frame partnership agreements that are symbiotic and innovation-driven

• Advocate and ensure a customer-focused ethos throughout the product development cycle

• Craft long-term business blueprints and financial models, setting benchmarks to quantify success

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• In-depth proven knowledge of telecom and experience in strategic pricing, 4G/5G, fiber optics, and COAX functionalities,....

• Ability to roll up sleeves for hands-on tasks and equally capable of strategic, big-picture thinking

• A vision to build and manage teams, driving organizational expansion in the long run

• Challenging status quo / doing things differently

• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus

• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
