Welcome to Citymesh Private Network Solutions! Here you'll be part of the sales team that focusses on the 4G- 5G- and WiFi-as-a-service offerings, and your personal focuss will be on the offshore business. As an account manager you'll be the most important point of contact for our existing and potential customers. The goal is to focuss on both account management and new sales. Here, your communication skills and solution-oriented way of acting will help ensure that you take our number of customers to a higher level.


Here's what you'll dive into: 

  • Customer Relationship Management: Continuously seeking innovation by establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Prospecting: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to establish connections with important decision-makers.
  • Strategy & Approach: Researching the market to determine the sales strategy for customers.
  • Product Innovation: Contributing to continuous innovation and improvement of the product range by closely following trends in the market, listening to the needs of the customer and coordinating with the Solutions Team.
  • Market Research: Collaborating closely with the Market Manager to monitor market dynamics, strive to meet objectives, and transform every opportunity into a successful outcome.

Job requirements

Must Have Qualities & Talents

  • +5 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or off-shore industry.
  • Having knowledge of WiFi and (mobile private) networks is an asset.
  • A "can-do" attitude, and perceiving challenges as opportunities.
  • Recognizing the importance of collaboration across various departments and understand that the sales journey extends beyond a signed order. The complete "customer experience" is integral to your approach, necessitating close cooperation with the Pre Sales Team, Solutions Team, Operational Team, and Service Delivery Manager.
  • A (very) good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
  • You like to be on the road across different parts of Flanders, with the willingness to travel to Oostkamp headquarters 1 day per week. During the initial onboarding period, a more frequent presence may be required.
