As an  Activation Technician, you will perform installation works of telecommunications services provided by DIGI at the locations for which there are signed service supply contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of telecommunications services provided by DIGI at contracted locations.
• Configure equipment and manage materials used for each job, ensuring proper usage when the mobile network allows.
• Complete the service installation report and other necessary documents according to internal procedures.
• Ensure all scheduled subscribers are attended to each day.
• Be accountable for each connection to DIGI's telecommunications network.
• Ensure the quality of work and adherence to specified terms.
• Ensure the correctness of prepared documents (installation reports, consumption receipts, activity reports, etc.).

Must have qualities & talents:

• Ability to operate internal applications for reporting daily activities (using tablets/ticket systems).
• Speed, precision, and skill in task execution.
• Effective interaction with various types of people and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of detail orientation.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong team spirit.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
• Willingness and ability to learn continuously and quickly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
