To support us in this mission and as we transition from startup to scale-up, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Agent to be an integral part of the customer care service and who will play a key role in ensuring the overall quality of products and services, improving processes, and maximizing customer satisfaction.


As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting and helping our customers, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive interaction with our brand. The majority of your time will be spent serving customers through phone calls and chat, with additional responsibilities including handling ticketing requests, emails, and contributing to ongoing projects aimed at improving customer service operations.

Taking Care of our customers
Customer Interaction:
Be the primary point of contact for customers, serving as the voice of our company
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests
Problem Resolution:
Work diligently to resolve problems and address customer concerns effectively.
Communication Channels:

Spend the majority of time serving customers through phone calls and chat interactions.
Handle ticketing requests and respond to emails when necessary.
Project Work:

Contribute to project work aimed at updating and improving customer service operations.
Participate in initiatives such as script improvement, process enhancement, and other relevant projects.


Job requirements

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to navigate and multitask through different communication channels.

  • French OR Dutch native speakers, fluency in English is important.

  • Other languages are a plus.

Personal Attributes:

  • Customer-focused with a desire to provide outstanding service.

  • Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
