To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Back Office Specialist for our

As a Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the departments that will
roll out our nationwide fibre and radio networks. You will ensure that our engineers and
partners have access to our antennas and fibre POPs by interacting with landlords and
occasionally travelling to ensure access. You will ensure that information about our network
locations is well stored and managed in our systems, monitor leases, insurances, and utilities
are up to date and notify the responsible teams if needed, and provide administrative
support to various teams in the Technology department. This role is essential to maintaining
a safe and productive work environment for our employees and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain and update office files, databases, and documents
- Communicate with landlords to organize site visits
- Occasionally travel to our network locations and offer access to DIGI personnel and partners
- Prepare travel arrangements (booking for transport and lodging) for our colleagues when needed
- Support other organizational administrative needs as assigned
Job requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative role; experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Completion of higher education or equivalent studies is a plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments, demonstrating strong internal customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and a high degree of integrity and responsibility when handling data
- Proficiency in using office software and good computer skills A valid driving licence to occasionally facilitate access to our locations for our personnel and partners
- Proficiency in either French (FR) or Dutch (NL) is mandatory; conversational proficiency in the other language is desirable
- Strong English (EN) language skills due to the international profile of our company
- Knowledge of Romanian (RO) is a plus
