Citymesh is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager – Construction Sites to join our dynamic sales team. Welcome to the Citymesh family!

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence within the construction and event sectors in Belgium. With a focus on selling cutting-edge connectivity solutions and security products like our camera towers and temporary connectivity services, you will drive growth and innovation in these key industries.

Here’s what you’ll dive into:

• Hunting for new business: Actively seek out and secure new clients in the construction and events industries across Belgium.

• Connecting with decision-makers: Engage with stakeholders like architects, project developers, construction companies, and event organizers.

• Driving tailored solutions: Provide clients with our innovative security and connectivity products, including video surveillance and network solutions.

• Managing targets: Work towards ambitious sales objectives while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Translating technical knowledge: Effectively explain and translate technical solutions into clear and compelling commercial conversations tailored to client needs.

• Expanding into festivals: Tap into the festival market to promote temporary connectivity solutions.

Must Have Qualities & Talents:

• Proven track record as a hunter in sales or business development.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and French (English is a plus).

• Ability to translate technical knowledge (e.g., Wi-Fi networks, security systems, video surveillance) into persuasive sales pitches.

• Ability to manage and achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Self-motivated and driven to work across Belgium with the flexibility to choose your base office.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on innovation and client solutions.
