Join our dynamic call center team as an Inside Sales Officer and embark on an exciting journey of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. As a key player in our sales operation, you'll leverage your persuasive communication skills and sales acumen to engage with prospective customers, identify opportunities, and close deals. Your Key Responsibilities as a Call Agent within Digi Belgium:

    • Actively connect with potential customers through various channels like calls, emails, and more to showcase our products or services
    • Use smart sales methods to understand what customers need, address their concerns and seal the deal
    • Team up with the marketing crew to find new leads and create lists of potential customers
    • Dig deep to find the right companies and decision-makers to target
    • Reach out to these potential customers, sifting through leads and nurturing relationships to move them closer to making a purchase
    • Get to know our products or services inside and out, including all the perks, pricing, and what sets us apart from the competition
    • Tailor our sales pitch to fit each customer's needs and pain points perfectly
    • Keep organized records of all sales activities, leads, and chances in our CRM systems. Keep an eye on our sales pipeline, spotting any snags and finding ways to speed up deals
    • Set high goals for sales that match up with what the company wants to achieve. Make sure to consistently meet or beat these targets, always striving for excellence and pushing for more revenue
    • Build solid relationships with customers, giving them top-notch service to earn their trust and keep them coming back
    • Check in with current customers to see if there are any extra services or products they might be interested in, squeezing out more value and loyalty
    • Stay on top of what's happening in our market, keeping an eye on what our competitors are up to
    • Share your thoughts and feedback with the marketing and product teams to help them fine-tune what they're doing
    • Keep learning about the latest and greatest in sales techniques, tools, and industry news. Jump into any training or development opportunities that come your way to sharpen your skills and knowledge

Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or telesales roles, with X years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong sales aptitude with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional sales performance
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for achieving collective goals
