Mission:
As a CCJ Expert, you'll spearhead administrative, operational, and analytical efforts, ensuring seamless management of court records, privacy concerns, and abuse reports with precision and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Legal Investigations: Provide crucial support to judicial authorities, ensuring adherence to legal standards and facilitating accurate data flow.
Emergency Assistance: Fulfil legal obligations to emergency services while assisting other departments and Mediation Services in complaint resolution.
Privacy Compliance: Conduct GDPR investigations, address internal/external privacy complaints, and ensure integrity in data handling processes.
Abuse Complaint Resolution: Investigate potential abuse complaints, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions and liaise with authorities if necessary.
Process Improvement: Propose procedural enhancements based on expertise, stakeholder feedback, and industry trends, contributing to operational excellence.
Data Monitoring and Project Support: Monitor data flows, actively contribute to testing projects, and identify operational needs for continuous improvement.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively manage operational processes, handle warrants, and ensure compliance within prescribed deadlines.
- Drive quality improvements through proactive analysis and modification of existing processes.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to stay abreast of industry developments and enhance service quality.
Impact:
- Positively influence business outcomes by ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
- Contribute to revenue generation through effective support to authorities.
- Uphold brand image and customer trust by addressing fraud cases and privacy concerns.
Contacts/Interpersonal Skills:
- Serve as a 24/7 point of contact for various stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Engage with internal departments, legal authorities, emergency services, and external partners with tact and professionalism.

Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- Proficient in legal frameworks, processes, and regulations, with a knack for adapting to evolving landscapes.
- Ability to make independent, well-justified decisions and articulate them effectively.
- Analytical prowess to handle diverse inquiries and propose innovative solutions.
- End-to-end thinking and commitment to process optimisation.
- Availability for varied work hours and readiness to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in the Telecom industry
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Telecom sector experience .
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with integrity and adaptability.
- Affinity with laws and regulations is a plus.
