To support us in this mission and as we transition from startup to scale-up, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Specialist to be an integral part of the customer care service and who will play a key role in ensuring the overall quality of products and services, improving processes, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
As a Claims Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless claims experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficient Claim Resolution: Drive the swift resolution of claims, aiming to close cases within our ambitious timeframe.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with various teams within DIGI to ensure smooth claim processing.
- Document Verification: Rigorously review and verify all supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Proactive Document Collection: Actively seek additional information from customers as needed to expedite claim processing.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding claim approval or rejection, adhering to established guidelines.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on claim trends, performance metrics, and key insights.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to provide comprehensive training on claim processes.

- Previous experience in the telecom, construction, or insurance industry is a strong plus.
