Key responsibilities as a Digital and Performance Marketeer

• Strategy and planning
  • craft an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy that resonates with the company's goals
  • set clear goals and Key Performance Indicators for digital marketing campaigns

• Campaign management
  • launch and oversee digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including Google Ads, social media, email, and more
  • ensure maximum ROI by diligently managing the budget allocated for digital marketing endeavors

• Data analysis and optimization
  
  • harness tools like Google Analytics to measure and dissect campaign performances
  • conduct tests to assess the efficacy of varying strategies
  • continuously hone campaigns using performance data and insights
  • deliver regular reports on the outcomes of all digital marketing actions
  • share results and insights with vital stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making

• SEO and content marketing 
  • boost online visibility through adept search engine optimization
  • generate and distribute engaging content to captivate and engage the target audience

• Social media and e-mail marketing
  
  • formulate and roll out a robust social media and e-mail marketing strategy
  • curate and moderate communities across social media platforms, ensuring active and positive engagement
  • design, execute and evaluate email marketing initiatives

• Technology and trends
  
  • familiar with various digital marketing tools, from CRM systems and analytics platforms to automation utilities
  • stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and shifts
  • attend trainings, webinars, and workshops to continually refine digital marketing competencies

Must have qualities & talents

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
• Proficient in both English and Dutch, French is a plus
• Strategic thinker: able to conceptualize long-term digital strategies and align them with company objectives
  
• Creative flair: innovate in campaign designs, content creation, and audience engagement tactics
• Collaborative spirit: able to work seamlessly with other departments, such as content creation, sales and IT teams
