We are seeking a dedicated fiber rollout manager to join our team and oversee the smooth development and implementation of our fiber optic and 3G network projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordination of works related to the expansion of the fiber optic network, ensuring efficient installation.
• Overseeing reconfiguration projects for the fiber optic network within designated block areas, ensuring optimal performance.
• Managing the expansion projects for the fiber optic network, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Implementation of activation projects for the FTTB, fiber optic infrastructure.Implementation of activation projects for the FTTB, fiber optic infrastructure.
• Coordination of reconfiguration, updates, and specific installations for new locations.
• Overseeing works, reconfigurations, and modernization efforts for networks serving business clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Leading efforts to expand the 3G network, contributing to enhanced connectivity for our customers.
• Facilitating the operation and maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring resolution of tickets.
• Ensuring the telecommunications network operates within established technical parameters.
• Notifying relevant departments for prompt action in response to any damage to the fiber optic infrastructure.
• Ensuring the coordination, organization of activities, and supervision of (field) teams.
• Monitoring the implementation of company strategy, internal regulations, documents, and work procedures.
• Ensuring the availability of necessary monthly materials for ongoing projects.
• Creation and continuous updating of accurate maps and junction diagrams.
• Participating in network implementation projects, contributing expertise and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and telecommunications, with a focus on fibre rollout and installation.

• Higher degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of English and one of our local languages (Dutch, French, or German), both written and spoken; any additional language is a significant plus.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in telecommunications.
