The objective of this role is the aaAdaptation and/or harmonisation activities of hardware solutions, software and operating systems,

as well as existing or designed applications to the real or estimated needs of users, in order to fulfil the requirements regarding the satisfaction of the degree of request (response time).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Permanent concern for knowledge and in-depth understanding of the activities and a customer requests, in order to be able to evaluate the optimal way of supporting and developing them. The developed technical solutions will be according to the specifications, they will fulfill the expected performances, in a determined time and with acceptable costs;
  • Participates or is directly involved in the transformation of the internal flows of the beneficiaries into technical specifications. Identify available and/or adaptable systems or subsystems for implementation the necessary solutions, according to the clients' strategies;
  • He studies and analyses trends in the IT&C industry, he knows the field very well computers, networks and communications. He works together with other experts to select and integration of the most suitable solutions;
  • Analyse, design, develop, adapt, integrate, configure and test optimal solutions IT&C, making them available to colleagues depending on each one's activity. Act as one "project manager" for the implemented solutions;
  • Apply the IT&C technical standards in force in the developed projects;
  • Adapt existing programs, systems and configurations together with application developers and the hardware specialists, so that the solution created ensures the increase of the clients' performances.
  • Establishes solutions for replication/duplication of systems, applications, data, for redundancy, saving and restoring data;
  • Determines how users have access to the software and hardware resources they have mood;
  • Inform users about technologies, configurations, facilities and emerging products that can improve the quality of products and services offered by customers;
  • Learns, inform and respects decisions, internal notes, procedures and instructions updated work, according to the current needs of the department. Ignorance of these documents does not constitute grounds for the discharge of employees from their responsibilities, in the case failure to fulfill assigned tasks;
  • Comes with proposals to improve the department's activity;
  • Assist new colleagues in assimilating the information necessary to carry out their daily activities and instruct them practically when using specific applications;
  • Respect the work schedule and Internal Operating Regulations;
  • Respect the rules for labour protection and those of internal conduct within the department;
  • Ensure interaction with other departments of the company, as well as with any other third parties, in a polite manner, in accordance with work requirements;
  • Informs and requests the help of the hierarchical superior for the problems that arise in his activity and which he cannot solve;
  • Prepares reports on his activity periodically and/or whenever requested work;
  • Participate in the evaluation process, at the established deadlines and according to internal procedures, non-participation leading to the application of disciplinary sanctions by the Employer, including termination of the individual employment contract;
  • He has the obligation to reach the minimum score established in the evaluations, according to the procedures internal regulations of the department, its non-fulfillment leading to the application of sanctions disciplinary action by the Employer, including the termination of the individual employment contract;
  • In order to be able to maintain the same post, after the evaluations, they must obtain at least results considered satisfactory according to internal procedures;
  • Respect the quantitative and qualitative objectives, established and made known by the superior hierarchical;
  • Performs the duties properly, qualitatively and quantitatively, respecting the allocated working time and the established evaluation criteria;
  • It improves its performance following the recommendations received and the quantitative evaluations and qualitative performed by the direct boss;
  • Gets involved, at the request of direct superiors, in special projects and carries out other activities daily or periodicals related to the field or activity;
  • Promotes the image of the company in a positive, proactive and customer-oriented manner, having good professional knowledge and respecting the established quality standards;
  • Correctly use the equipment and materials entrusted by the employer exclusively for performing the service activity;
  • If, for the proper performance of the duties, the employee uses materials, equipment, he has the obligation to behave as a good manager and to do everything the steps necessary for the best and most accurate management of the equipment from its management;
  • He has the obligation not to carry out any other work within the company premises, respectively, at the workplace, or to performs activities other than those that constitute service obligations;
  • Use computer programs in accordance with the level of access assigned and in compliance with the duties of the position, only for the purpose of fulfilling the duties of the service;
  • Comply with internal rules and procedures regarding dress, behaviour and communication interpersonally, using a professional language and communicating effectively within the department and the company, as well as in the relationship with clients and third parties;
  • Respect the administrative rules (schedule, breaks, holidays) and the operational decisions of the boss directly (work instructions) regarding the activity they must carry out;
  • Immediately notify the hierarchical superiors in the event that he becomes aware of the existence of
    irregularities, deviations (committed by employees) or other aspects that harm the interests of his company fulfilment of service duties;
  • Comply with all legal provisions applicable to the activities provided and/or applicable to the field profession in which he works;
  • He has the obligation not to commit, during the entire period in which he provides services for the Employer acts of a criminal or contraventional nature in relation to the service and/or in relation to anything activities carried out within the Employer and at the same time the obligation not to commit acts that produce or be likely to produce material, moral or any kind of damage to the company or the group of companies of which it is a part, such as, but not limited to: acts or acts of unfair competition, receiving undue benefits, taking bribes, giving bribes, abuse in the service, receiving commissions from business partners of the company or group of companies of which it is a part, the bad faith use of the company's assets or credit the group of companies of which it is a part, etc. Failure to comply with these obligations will lead to carrying out any steps according to the applicable legislation and imposing sanctions disciplinary action by the Employer, including the termination of the individual employment contract;
  • He has the obligation to fulfil his duties in a manner that ensures integrity the Employer's business, non-compliance with this obligation leading to the realisation of any steps according to the applicable legislation and to the disposition of disciplinary sanctions by Employer, including the termination of the individual employment contract;
  • He has the obligation not to participate in any form in any terrorist, criminal or activities contraventions, as well as not to finance any terrorist activities in any way, criminal or contraventional, non-compliance with these obligations leading to the realisation of any steps according to the applicable legislation and to the disposition of disciplinary sanctions by Employer, including the termination of the individual employment contract;
  • He has the obligation to inform the Employer immediately, in writing, if he is aware of documents or facts through that the above provisions are violated;
  • Follows compliance with the internal circuit regarding the circulation of documents. It is prohibited to offer in any form to a third person, with the exception of direct bosses (who have the right to take possession this information according to the internal work procedures): information, original documents or their copies, which are the object of an activity considered by law to be part of the company portfolio. Can be offered to a third party: any advertising material or information which is part of the company's official offer. This job description is completed with the decisions, the notes and internal procedures of the company, as well as the tasks outlined verbally, by email or by other means of communication, by hierarchical coordinators.

Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

  • Administration of hardware systems, virtual components, containers and operating systems. Administration and development of software delivery and development platforms.
  • Programming/scripting knowledge.
  • The development of automatic systems for orchestrating the process of developing and testing software products
