To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs installation, commissioning and configuration of equipment on site, based on data received
from RBO, RANDO, CBU_FM, NOC IP;
2. Performs estimates and installations of WiFi equipment, respecting the technical execution
documentation;
3. Performs periodic preventive maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance on network equipment;
4. He has the obligation to verify that the installed elements correspond to the FIS and to test the
functionality in optimal parameters after the site is put into operation.
5. Performs interventions on equipment and accessories on metal structures, civil and industrial
constructions, ensuring the quality and functioning of the equipment parameters;
6. Performs on-site interventions on NodeB, eNodeB equipment, transmissions, auxiliary equipment,
electrical, WiFi, etc.;
7. Respects the planning of the works and follows the observance of the established deadlines.
8. Supervises the execution of the works so that they are in accordance with the quality standards;
9. Makes a site acquisition report (SAR), in order to identify possible locations for the installation of 3G
sites;
10. Performs the execution of work orders in order to optimize, correct and improve the quality of the
network;
11. Realizes the resolution of all the alarms that appeared on the 3G sites, following their announcement
by the RBO, NMC, NOC IP and CBU departments;
12. Performs remote intervention on the cells announced on the 3G sites with quality alert and service
impairment and the application of pre-set remedial solutions;

EDUCATION:

higher education
Preferably: higher education in the technical field

EXPERIENCE:
The position can be filled by anyone who shows skills and interest in this profession.
Experience in telecommunications/IT/radio transmission activities, in a customer-
oriented environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Very good computer operating skills
• Knowledge of a text editor (Word); working with a database (Excel)
• Knowledge of management programs
• Knowledge of a foreign language
