As Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for personally ensuring the access at DIGI locations (mobile sites, fiber HUBs/POPs and or other locations) to DIGI partners, for performing various building measurements and capturing photos of these locations and their surroundings.

Key Responsibilities 

Your primary duties will include:

• Communicate with landlords of DIGI locations before, during and after the site-visits
• Traveling to various DIGI locations all over Belgium, mainly operating on the road
• Utilizing laser measurement equipment to measure buildings and capturing photographs of buildings
• Conducting field surveys to identify and document zones with potential radio hazards (e.g. balconies)
• Ensuring access for designated personnel of DIGI partners at various DIGI locations
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• No prior technical knowledge is required; experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Completion of higher education or equivalent through work experience
• A valid driver's license
• Proficiency in operating laser measurement tool and/or willingness to learn
• Ease at understanding building plans and/or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility when handling data and the ability to accurately document findings
• Proficiency in either French (FR) or Dutch (NL) is mandatory; conversational proficiency in the other language is desirable
• Strong English (EN) language skills is requested due to the international profile of our company
• Knowledge of Romanian (RO) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
