Freelance Project Manager 1-2 days per week

For an exciting project lasting 18 months, we are looking for a Freelance Project Manager to work 1–2 days per week in the region of Ghent (on-site with the client). You’ll play a key role in supervising the full implementation of our solutions, ensuring smooth collaboration between Citymesh, the client, and external suppliers.

Here's what you'll dive into:

• Project supervision: Oversee the implementation project from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and delivery within the agreed timeframe of 18 months.

• Stakeholder management: Act as the point of contact between Citymesh, the client, and external suppliers, fostering collaboration and alignment.

• Supplier coordination: Supervise and guide external suppliers to ensure their deliverables meet project expectations.

• Support and advisory: Provide expertise and guidance on telecom-related aspects of the project, ensuring technical and operational excellence.

• Client collaboration: Work closely with the client to ensure their needs and expectations are met, while representing Citymesh's interests.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in telecom and technology projects.

• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.

• Dutch-speaking, with a good working knowledge of English.

• Flexibility to work 1 to 2 days per week on-site in the region of Ghent.
