    To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Patrimonium Liaison Expert.


    • You manage and develop the list of leases of real estate on which DIGI installs its telecommunications sites;
    • You establish a monthly rental payment list for the accounting department;
    • You ensure exchanges and respond to requests from owners;
    • You are responsible for the registration of leases contracts;
    • You analyse and report financial risks (indexation etc.).

    Job requirements

    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
    • Knowledge of the MS Office suite. Very good Excel skills;
    • Ability to read analyse contracts into financial reporting;
    • Team spirit and open-mindedness;
    • Able to work independently in a structured manner;
    • Sense of oral and written communication;
    • Ability to interact with Business teams.
