Your key responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
- Providing training and education on safety practices to employees
- Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Maintaining safety records and documentation
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs
- Collaborating with management and employees to create a culture of safety
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Managing safety-related projects and initiatives
- Providing guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
- Coordinating with external agencies and authorities on safety issues
Job requirements
Our expectations:
- Diploma as Prevention Advisor level 1 or level 2 with +10 years of experience in a leading role within HSE
- Experience preferably in the telecom or a similar industry
- Good computer knowledge
- Fluent multilingual in Dutch, French and English: speaking, writing and reading. Knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
- VCA-Vol, GOF3-4, Veiligheidscoördinator niv. A/B
