Your key responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  
• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
• Providing training and education on safety practices to employees
• Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining safety records and documentation
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs
• Collaborating with management and employees to create a culture of safety
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Managing safety-related projects and initiatives
• Providing guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
• Coordinating with external agencies and authorities on safety issues

Our expectations:

• Diploma as Prevention Advisor level 1 or level 2 with +10 years of experience in a leading role within HSE
• Experience preferably in the telecom or a similar industry
• Good computer knowledge
• Fluent multilingual in Dutch, French and English: speaking, writing and reading‍. Knowledge of Romanian is a plus.
• VCA-Vol, GOF3-4, Veiligheidscoördinator niv. A/B
