    Join our dynamic call center team as an Inside Sales Officer and embark on an exciting journey of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. As a key player in our sales operation, you'll leverage your persuasive communication skills and sales acumen to engage with prospective customers, identify opportunities, and close deals.     Your Key Responsibilities as an Inside Sales Agent within Digi Belgium:


    Customer Interaction:

      • Assist customers in choosing the best products.
      • Be the primary point of contact for customers, serving as the voice of our company

    Problem Resolution:

    • Work diligently to guide clients to the perfect product and address customer concerns effectively.

    Communication Channels:

    • Handle ticketing requests and respond to emails when necessary.
    • Spend the majority of time serving customers through phone calls and chat interactions.

    Project Work:

    • Participate in initiatives such as script improvement, process enhancement, and other relevant projects.
    • Contribute to project work aimed at updating and improving customer satisfaction .

    Job requirements

    Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

    Education: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or a related field is a plus
    Experience: 
    • Prior experience in a sales or contact center role is beneficial but not mandatory.
    Skills: 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiating abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to navigate and multitask through different communication channels.
    • French OR Dutch native speakers, fluency in English is important and other languages are a plus.
    Personal attributes: 
    • Customer-focused with a desire to provide outstanding service.
    • Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges.
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
    Additional Requirements
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
    • Familiarity with basic computer applications and dialer software.
