To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for an Odoo Technical Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Odoo ERP solutions, with a focus on delivering functional expertise to support our business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand technical and functional needs.
  
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Configure and develop Odoo modules and API’s to meet business requirements and ensure optimal functionality
  
• Troubleshoot issues
  
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and reliability of Odoo solutions
  
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications
  
• Stay informed about updates and new features in Odoo and provide recommendations for upgrades or enhancements
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Keep abreast of trends in ERP systems
  
• Provide feedback towards the team to help improve the end user's working experience in Odoo.
  
• Organize and attend meetings on specific topics with software suppliers regarding support/development needed or meetings with external parties in order to define requirements on development.

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  
• Proven experience as a Technical Expert with hands-on experience and good understanding of the Odoo ecosystem (Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, API’s, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of both the overarching objectives and the technical intricacies.
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
