Welcome to the Citymesh team! As a Paralegal, you’ll take charge of legal documentation, corporate compliance, and administrative processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Here's what you'll dive into: 

• Legal documentation: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Corporate compliance: Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Administrative support: Provide legal and administrative assistance across departments, supporting a growing team of over 150 employees.

• Policy implementation: Assist in implementing and maintaining internal policies and procedures related to legal and compliance matters.

• Stakeholder liaison: Act as a central point of contact for external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• A bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice (Rechtspraktijk) or a similar field.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a paralegal role, with demonstrated skills in drafting and managing legal documents as well as ensuring corporate compliance.

• Proficiency in Dutch with a good working knowledge of English and French.

• A dynamic, eager-to-learn, and autonomous professional with excellent communication skills.

• A structured and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on-site, including at least 1 day per week in Oostkamp. Other days can be worked from the Brussels office.
