Welcome to Citymesh Connect! A team that focuses on delivering telecom solutions to businesses, from SME’s to enterprises. As a Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the relationships with our existing partners, as well as initiating and building strong relationships with new strategic partners. This way you’ll play a crucial role in maximizing revenue growth, market penetration and achieving mutual business goals.
Here’s What You’ll Dive Into
Partner Collaboration: Collaborating with partners to execute strategic business plans that drive sales, meet company objectives and result in joint success.
Sales Enablement: Facilitating partner-led sales opportunities through strong partnerships, and by ensuring qualitative training and up-to-date product information.
Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with the partners and serving as their first point of contact when it comes to problems, training, product information, strategic decisions etc.
Partner Strategy & Performance: Monitoring the performances of all existing partnerships to develop your personal partner strategy and implement follow-ups and actions where necessary.
Market Research: Staying up-to-date with trends and developments within the telecommunications and IT industry to identify new opportunities related to sales and partner growth.
Job requirements
Must Have Qualities & Talents
Goal-oriented sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
Commercial attitude and a 'Customer-centric' mentality;
Accuracy and strong administrative follow-up;
Experience in (partner) sales is a plus, preferably within B2B sales and/or the telecom industry;
Basic knowledge of IT and/or Telecommunications (e.g., Telephony, internet, mobile) is preferred. Profound interest and motivation to learn more about this is a must;
Willingness to travel, with a focus on either Flanders or Wallonia, for outbound prospecting activities;
Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, with a good command of English (our internal working language);
