Longterm Rental Manager

Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G networks and WiFi-as-a-service, is seeking a Security Solutions Expert to join our Citymesh Flex team to oversee the daily operations of our TowerEye’s (security solutions). This role involves managing the full scope of projects from the installation of security cameras on-site to maintaining direct communication with customers from commercial to installation.

As a Security Solutions Expert within our team, you're not just a technician or surveillance professional; you will play an essential role in ensuring the effective delivery of security, monitoring, and surveillance services in construction settings through advanced video surveillance technologies.

Here’s What You’ll Dive Into:

• Installation and Maintenance: Supervise and execute the installation of security camera systems, or Towereyes as we call our solution, on construction sites.

• Tailoring Solutions: Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored security solutions.

• Security and Surveillance Management: Implement and manage video surveillance systems to monitor construction sites for security breaches, unauthorized access, and other incidents. Set up and manage alarm systems to ensure timely detection and response to security threats.

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, by conducting site visits, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.

• Administrative Follow-Up: Prepare detailed quotation documents based on site assessments and customer needs, and maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and customer interactions.

• Support services: Jump in as first line technician, stage camera’s in the warehouse and be prepared for hands on technical interventions.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction or rental industry, preferably with a focus on security and surveillance.

• Having a valid BE driver's license.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to locations for onsite project management and installations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with security and alarm systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. French is a plus.
