To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Quality & ESG Expert who will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality of products and services, improving processes, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:
- Implementation of ISO 9001 philosophy to reach stakeholders within the organization
- Responsible for leading internal and external audits for Quality and ESG
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures within the organization, including guidelines for product and service quality
- Identifying areas for process improvement, analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality and efficiency
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, identifying issues or complaints, and implementing measures to improve customer experience
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure products and services meet required standards and specifications through tests, audits, and inspections
- Training employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, including developing training programs and providing support to ensure compliance with quality standards
In addition to these responsibilities, strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are essential. Collaboration with the H&S department is vital to manage all aspects of the business process with a focus on both quality and the health and safety of employees and customers.

Job requirements
Our expectations:
- A strong understanding of energy management principles, including energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies and energy conservation methods
- Ability to analyse energy consumption data, identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams to implement energy efficiency projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch to effectively convey energy management strategies, quality standards and improvement initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization including suppliers, regulatory agencies, and community partners
- Knowledge of energy regulations, standards and compliance requirements relevant to the industry
- Diligence in monitoring energy consumption data, quality metrics and performance indicators to identify deviations and take timely corrective actions
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive energy management and quality improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
