To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a RAN O&M Engineer to support our Field (Service) Engineers who go on site.

• Installation, Commissioning, and Configuration:
  Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of equipment based on data from RBO, RANDO, CBU_FM, NOC IP

• WiFi Equipment Management:
  Estimate and install WiFi equipment, adhering to technical execution documentation.

• Maintenance Operations:
  Conduct periodic preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on network equipment.

• Quality Assurance:
  Verify that installed elements correspond to FIS and test functionality in optimal parameters after site activation.

• Structural Interventions:
  Conduct interventions on equipment and accessories on metal structures, civil, and industrial constructions, ensuring equipment parameters' quality and functionality.

• On-site Interventions:
  Perform on-site interventions on NodeB, eNodeB equipment, transmissions, auxiliary equipment, electrical systems, WiFi, etc.

• Adherence to Planning:
  Respect the planning of works and ensure observance of established deadlines.

• Supervision of Works:
  Supervise the execution of works to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Site Acquisition Report:
  Generate site acquisition reports (SAR) to identify potential locations for the installation of 3G sites.

• Work Order Execution:
  Execute work orders to optimize, correct, and improve the network's quality.

• Alarm Resolutions:
  Resolve alarms on 3G sites, addressing announcements from RBO, NMC, NOC IP, and CBU departments.

• Remote Interventions:
  Perform remote interventions on cells announced on 3G sites with quality alerts and service impairment, applying pre-set remedial solutions.

Must have qualities & talents:

• Very good knowledge of English and French/ Dutch
• Proven experience in RAN operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures for telecommunications equipment.
• Familiarity with WiFi equipment and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
