As a Real Estate Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing our real estate portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify real estate needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate decisions.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for DIGI Belgium.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs to uphold the quality and value of our real estate assets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to make informed recommendations to senior management.

• Proven experience in real estate management or related field
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
