As a Research Expert at Citymesh, you will play a crucial role in advancing our research and development initiatives. Through in-depth research, data analysis, and actionable insights, you will help shape strategic decisions and contribute to new product developments and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities within the telecommunications industry

• Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources, applying statistical techniques and modeling to extract meaningful insights

• Develop recommendations based on research findings to support product development, marketing strategies, and business expansion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to ensure research insights are integrated into key decisions

• Stay current with new telecommunications technologies, standards, and protocols, and assess their impact on the company’s products and services

Must Have Qualities & Talents

We’re on the lookout for someone who brings the following strengths to the table:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, information security, network engineering, or a related field

• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++

• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, wireless protocols, and a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and threats

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical, results-driven approach

• Commitment to ethical behavior, essential for monitoring sensitive network activity and data
