Business Development Manager Healthcare

Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G netwerks and WiFi-as-a-service, is seeking an enthusiastic, sharp and innovative Account Manager. As a company, we focus on delivering innovative telecom solutions, and we aim to expand our presence in the Healthcare sector, particularly in larger healthcare institutions such as hospitals.

As Business Development Manager Healthcare, your responsibility is to explore the hospital market throughout Flanders. Your main task is to identify opportunities and prospects for Citymesh within this market. This includes conducting thorough research into the needs of hospitals and how our offerings can be expanded to meet those needs. You are responsible for finding the initial customers and overseeing the entire sales cycle to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore the health industry in Flanders and identify growth opportunities for Citymesh
• Grasping the essence of budgets and objectives, aiming to exceed them consistently
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and requirements of hospitals
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
• Contributing to continuous innovation and improvement of the product range by closely following trends in the market, listening to the needs of the customer and coordinating with the Solutions Team
• Collaborating closely with the Market Manager to monitor market dynamics, strive to meet objectives, and transform every opportunity into a successful outcome.

• +5 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market in Belgium, with a focus on hospitals
• Having knowledge of WiFi and (mobile private) networks is an asset
• Strong interpersonal networking skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
• A "can-do" attitude, and perceiving challenges as opportunities
• A (very) good knowledge of English and Dutch and / or French
• You like to be on the road across different parts of Flanders (Wallonia is optional as well), with the willingness to travel to Oostkamp headquarters 1 day per week. During the initial onboarding period, a more frequent presence may be required.
