Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G networks and WiFi-as-a-service, is seeking a Service Manager to join our Connect team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our Connect department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct service meetings with a set of customers
Offer state-of-the-art customer experience to the clients
Act as SPOC during escalations and incidents and take care of the follow-up after the incident (incident report, lessons learnt)
Watch over the quality of the services we deliver, by suggesting and implementing improvements for both internal and external processes.
Work closely with the team to stay ahead of possible escalations
Schedule maintenance windows in agreement with customer and Citymesh teams
Job requirements
Must Have Qualities & Talents
Strong professional experience in a similar role, or a background in IT, telecom and/or service management
Basic knowledge of IT and/or telecommunications
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Flexible attitude and 'customer-oriented' mentality and skills
Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in Dutch, English and/or French
