Welcome to Citymesh! As a Site Engineer, you are part of a team that brings our telecom solutions to life, from concept to implementation. Your expertise in 4G and 5G technology, project management, and on-site coordination will ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge connectivity projects.

Here's What You'll Dive Into

• Designing: Developing and optimizing Mobile Private Networks (4G & 5G) to ensure robust, reliable, and future-proof telecom infrastructures.

• Collaborating: Working closely with engineers and project managers to translate designs into actionable and effective project plans.

• Supervising: Overseeing on-site work by managing contractors, ensuring quality installations, and performing detailed inspections.

• Conducting: Performing site surveys to assess project requirements and identify opportunities to enhance network performance.

• Contributing: Participating in the evaluation and testing of telecom solutions to ensure they meet performance standards during deployment.

• Communicating: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges effectively.

Must Haves Qualities & Talents

• Experience in telecom infrastructure design and deployment, particulary in Mobile Private Networks.

• A strong understanding of radio-technical principles and network performance.

• Hands-on experience with project coordination and site management.

• Possessing one or more of the following certifications is a plus: VCA - BA4 - GOF 3 - GOF 4

• Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).

• Willingness to travel across Belgium, with occasional international trips (once a month).

• No fear of heights, as some on-site work may involve climbing.

• You enjoy a hybrid working model with a mix of office, on-site, and remote work.
