As a member of our Marketing/Communication team, you'll be an integral part of Central Services, the heart that fuels both Digi and Citymesh. Based on your skills and interests, you might team up with either or both of these powerhouses. Here's a snapshot of what each brand stands for:

Key responsibilities as a Community Manager


  • Community building and management
    • craft and implement a community strategy that aligns with our company objectives
    • oversee online forums, social media, and other community platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines
    • strategize and execute plans to attract new members and retain existing ones
    • potentially develop and manage a community ambassador program to evangelize our community
  • Communication and engagement
    • develop and publish captivating content to engage the community
    • directly communicate with community members across various platforms, addressing questions, collecting feedback, and facilitating discussions
    • collaborate with the Events Manager to organize both online and offline community events to foster engagement and strengthen ties
  • Analysis and reporting
    • utilize analytics tools to gauge engagement and the effectiveness of community initiatives
    • provide periodic reports on community statistics, growth, and engagement levels to internal stakeholders
  • Stakeholder and crisis management
    • collect and relay community feedback to relevant departments within the organization
    • address negative feedback or crises in a manner that protects the brand
    • monitor and respond to brand mentions to uphold and enhance our reputation

Job requirements

Must have qualities & talents


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English and French is mandatory
  • Dynamic communicator: ability to spark and maintain conversations across diverse platforms
  • Strategic thinker: craft and implement effective community-building strategies
  • Reputation guardian: monitor brand mentions and protect the company's image
  • Growth oriented: drive strategies to both acquire new members and retain current ones
