Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions

• First-line support: addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Conducting customer feedback surveys and implementing improvements

• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

• Keeping customers informed about the status of their reports and solutions

• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records

• Thriving on brainstorming ways to optimize customer success processes

• Bachelor student with a technical background

• You can be described as  a detail-savvy individual who not only has a knack for spotting errors

• You can swiftly tackle issues, especially in the crucial first line

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach

• Fluency in Dutch, English or/and French

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• You are available for a couple of week on end (at least 2-3 weeks) during June, July, August or September
