Welcome to Citymesh Private Network Solutions, where we’re all about providing connectivity. WiFi, LAN, wLAN, 4G, 5G, you name it. 
As a Support Expert, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance by diagnosing and resolving technical IT and networking issues, providing guidance on IT-related challenges, and maintaining system efficiency.

You'll collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless solutions, create documentation to improve service processes, and contribute to the overall enhancement of user experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding technical support.

Here's what you'll dive into: 

Complaint Management: Follow-up of the ticketing system when it comes to complaints, issues, etc.

Client Relationship Management: Supporting and managing large clients, acting as their point of contact for important questions and complex problems.

Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot telecom-related problems, and offering effective solutions.

Issue Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Customer Service: Assist customers with service activations, SIM card replacements, and network configurations.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry best practices, applying them to enhance service quality.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• Candidates with previous professional experience are welcome. Juniors with a background in a relevant IT field, a strong drive, and an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.

• Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of telecom systems (mobile, internet, telephony) and networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching.

• A hands-on, detail-oriented approach, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing quick and efficient follow-up.

• Exceptional soft skills, including adaptability, flexibility, and outstanding communication abilities (both verbal and written), with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

• Language requirements: Proficiency in French and Dutch is essential, while English is considered an asset.
