    As a Project Manager reporting directly to the Director Transformation, you will play a
    pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects, focusing primarily on technical implementation and coordination with external stakeholders. This role requires adaptability to startup environments, thriving amidst uncertainties, and demonstrating agility in decision-making.


    Your Key Responsibilities as a Transformation Project Manager within Digi Belgium:

      • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
      • Serve as the liaison between the business department and technical teams, acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders
      • Establish and lead a virtual team in a global context, fostering collaboration and effective communication
      • Provide comprehensive and timely reporting to executives, highlighting key issues and progress updates at early stages
      • Develop project roadmaps to guide the implementation process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
      • Oversee scope management, budget allocation, schedule adherence and quality assurance, implementing change management strategies as necessary.

    Job requirements

    Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

    • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years in relevant roles
    • Proven ability to approach challenges pragmatically, focusing on solutions and driving results
    • Familiarity with telecommunication industry dynamics, particularly in mobile, broadband, fixed telephone and TV services
    • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, including P&L, NPV, ROI, EBITDA, etc.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels
    • Quick learner with a balanced blend of technical expertise and business acumen
    • Strong leadership skills, capable of both leading a team and collaborating effectively within it
    • Fluency in Dutch, French and English, enabling seamless communication in a multilingual environment
    • Experience with project management methodologies or tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc. (preferred)
    • Possession of relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (a plus)
