Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various administrative tasks related to commercial launch (Shipping of sim cards, TV boxes, modems etc.)
- Follow up on orders (Picking and packing).
Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- You always strive to provide optimal service, including meeting deadlines for delivering end user devices.
- You can set the right priorities and do so autonomously with management support.
- You can work smoothly with digital systems.
- Previous experience within administrative field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English.
- Accurate, administratively strong, customer oriented and a team player.
- Positive mindset and initiative.
- Stress resistant and flexible.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
