Welcome to Citymesh Private Network Solutions! As an Administrative Coordinator within our Operations Team, you’ll support our cutting-edge 4G-5G and WiFi-as-a-service offerings. Your focus will be on providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to our mission of pioneering connectivity solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Handle and process forms and documentation.

  • Order Processing: Place orders on behalf of Project Managers.

  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange crane services and manage access with property owners. Arrange parking permits for the cranes.

  • Training Coordination: Schedule and manage training sessions for team members.

  • General Administrative Support: Maintain records, organize files, manage office supplies, and assist with meeting coordination.

Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents

  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to identify tasks independently.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys working with progress-driven colleagues.

  • Holds a Bachelor’s in Office Management or has equivalent experience, with a strong initial background in a challenging administrative role.

  • Available to work on-site in Oostkamp three days per week.
