Citymesh is on the lookout for an Asset Expert to join our Citymesh Flex team to oversee the daily operations related to assets, including materials management, inventory planning, and asset lifecycle management.

It's an opportunity to delve into the world of construction, events, festivals, sports... with boundless enthusiasm. As an Asset Expert within our team, you're not just a material planner. You will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient use of company resources, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall operations.

Here’s What You’ll Dive Into

• Asset Management: Ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all assets, and conducting audits related to the condition, location and usage of those assets.

• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future material needs based on project requirements.

• Operational Warehousing: Managing day-to-day operations of material inventory, including ordering, receiving, and distributing materials as needed.

• Planning: Working closely with the different project managers and teams to plan and allocate assets and materials for upcoming projects, and to ensure alignment between asset availability and project timelines.

• Vendors & Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• You have a first professional experience within the field of asset management, supply chain, logistics…
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and inventory planning.
• Passionate about bringing structure in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respect deadlines.
• You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and are willing to jump in as first line where there’s a need for extra help during the installation process.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on the weekends during peak times, like the event- and festival season.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate both verbally and written in Dutch and English.
