Welcome to Citymesh Integrator! As a part of our sales team you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting comprehensive and winning proposals. Together with a cross-functional team, you’ll be asked to ensure a successful execution of all aspects of the bids.

Here’s What You’ll Dive Into

• Market Research: Monitor the public and private sector tender portals to identify new business opportunities and potential bids.

• Bid Strategy: Coordinate and guide the bid team to determine, develop and execute bid strategies that align with company goals and client requirements.

• Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders throughout the whole process to gather all necessary information and develop bid content.

• Management of Budget and Timing: Ensure all bid deadlines are met and that the bid budgets and resources are managed to ensure cost-effective bidding.

• Process Management: Establish and monitor processes to respond to RFPs and tenders in a structured manner

• Post-Bid Evaluation: Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• 3+ years of experience as a bid manager or similar sales (administration) role.

• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.

• Knowledge about procedures, tools, techniques and/or laws and regulations.

• Collaborative mindset.

• Result driven and detail-oriented attitude with a strong focus on delivering qualitative results.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Effective communicative skills, written and verbal, both in Dutch, English and/or French.
