  • Control, Diagnosis, Repair, and Maintenance:

    Manage and execute the control, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.


  • Chillers, Air Treatment Units, and More:

    Handle the repair and maintenance of chillers, air treatment units, fresh air units, kitchen exhaust blowers, smoke exhaust blowers, and cooling towers.


  • Water and Ventilation System Monitoring:

    Monitor, test, and balance water and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.


  • Energy Management:

    Determine the electrical and thermal energy requirements for the HVAC system and related components.


  • Electrical Supply and Operating Conditions:

    Ensure proper functioning of the electricity supply and monitor electrical operating conditions, including grounding, at consumption points.


  • Generator Management:

    Manage electrical generator supply needs and monitor maintenance activities.


  • Maintenance Plan Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan for installation systems established for the building.


  • Reporting and Communication:

    Directly notify superiors of any problems or defects in assigned spaces or equipment operation.


  • Material Management:

    Prepare necessary quantities of materials for HVAC system maintenance.


  • Supplier and Subcontractor Relationships:

    Establish and develop strong relationships with company suppliers and subcontractors.


  • Prompt Response to Requests:

    Respond promptly to requests from colleagues in the building.



Job requirements


Must have qualities & talents:

  • Knowledge of reading order schemes.
  • Technical knowledge related to the use and operation of installation systems.
  • Very good knowledge of English and French/ Dutch
  • Ability to identify and solve problems within their competence.
  • Resistance to stressful conditions and unpredictable situations.
  • Team spirit with the ability to work individually in certain situations.
