As a Facility Expert you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our physical spaces. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of equipment and systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize facility-related needs
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Plan and coordinate facility projects, including renovations and relocations
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve facility operations
• Rapport to the Facility Manager
• Provide training to staff on proper facility usage and safety procedures
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in facility management

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, a related field or equivalent through experience
• Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on technical competence
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Adaptability to navigate and manage various facility challenges
• Safety-focused mindset with experience in safety and prevention practices (considered a bonus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; proficiency in French and Romanian is a plus
• Eager to learn, hands-on and entrepreneural
