As a Frame Agreements Specialist, SAQ, you will be responsible for negotiating large agreements with landlords, real estate owners, and property management firms that control multiple sites. Your role will focus on establishing and managing frame agreements to secure long-term leasing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate frame agreements with property owners (landlords), who own or manage multiple locations that are suited for the installation of our mobile sites and/or fiber POPs, with the aim of reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
Optimize lease terms and conditions, securing the best financial and technical arrangements, based on internal mandates.
Coordinate with our legal team and that of the landlords, to ensure contracts align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and access to their portfolio of properties. Analyze the interests, needs, and positions of each party to develop effective strategies.
Act as the main point of contact between DIGI and the landlords for already signed Frame Agreements.
Track and manage the frame agreements, ensuring smooth execution and compliance, Identify creative solutions for conflicts and impasses.
Identify the locations from their portfolio that may serve to our telecom infrastructure expansion, based on our expansion plans.
Evaluate the selected locations to assess feasibility for telecom site deployment, based on our telecom site acquisition process.
Collaborate internally (Belgium and/or other countries) with colleagues from the same or other departments so that the selected locations get the formal approval of the relevant internal stakeholders.
Participate and organize various meetings like Technical review and Kick-off meetings for the acquired sites
Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
Experience:
Strong background in site acquisition, real estate negotiation, contract management or in B2B sales
Experience working with property portfolios or large-scale landlord agreements is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple agreements and stakeholders efficiently.
Familiarity with legal and ethical aspects of negotiations
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Languages: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
