As a Network Engineer, you will be at the forefront of telecom initiatives, contributing your expertise to the successful execution of projects related to building Mobile Private Networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, technicians, and vendors, to implement project requirements effectively.

Here's what you'll dive into: 

• Collaborate: Work closely with the Project Manager to execute and monitor projects, ensuring objectives, customer needs, and deadlines are met.

• Provide: Offer technical expertise and support to project teams throughout all phases of project execution.

• Identify: Spot IT-related risks and issues, proposing effective solutions and adjustments to keep projects on track.

• Support: Partner with colleagues in the Presales Team to identify customer-specific IT opportunities that enhance the telecom experience.

• Document: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including technical reports, configurations, and performance metrics.

• Deploy: Join the Project Manager on-site to finalize deployments and ensure smooth project completion.

Must Have Qualities and Talents:

• We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, like IT support or IT project management.

• Proficiency in French and Dutch is essential, and if you also speak English, that’s a great bonus.

• You enjoy thinking creatively and coming up with out-of-the-box solutions, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are crucial, especially when tackling IT challenges in telecom projects.

• You take ownership of your work, approach it with a sense of responsibility, and have a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
