Key Responsibilities:
- Solve technical problems with a medium or high degree of difficulty, appearing in the DIGI network;
- Contact, if necessary, the clients who have filed complaints, to obtain additional information or to confirm the resolution of the technical problem;
- Configure CISCO equipment and LINUX systems, etc.;
- Ensure good functioning of the metropolitan network;
- Escalate problems that do not belong to the competence of the technical department.
Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- Advanced networking knowledge;
- Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge about the operation of TCP/IP protocols;
- Advanced knowledge about networks (local, MAN, WAN);
- Knowledge of advanced equipment configuration from the RCS&RDS network;
- Knowledge of the installation, administration and operation of Linux operating systems;
- Knowledge of using an office suite (MS Office, OpenOffice, etc.).
